The Court of Appeal has been criticized for protecting the Executive Arm of government from the reach of the law.

Speaking to Gabz FM News, Botswana National Front (BNF) Secretary General Ketlhalefile Motshegwa stated that the court of appeal’s conduct defeats the principle of separation of powers and democracy.

Motshegwa called on Batswana to realize the outcome of the case as evidence to an ailing and compromised judicial system.
