The Botswana National Front (BNF) has labelled capitalism as the root of worker exploitation and is calling for continued political education to strengthen the labour movement.
In a statement, the BNF reaffirmed its support for workers across the country, describing the day as a time to honor past struggles and find solutions to ongoing challenges.
The party acknowledged unions’ role in defending workers’ rights and highlighted its own history of labour reform, pledging stronger protections and improved labour relations under a UDC government
