The Botswana National Sport Commission has confirmed it will not renew the contract of CEO Tuelo Serufho, whose term ends on May 31st.

In a statement, the Commission thanked Serufho for his service but gave no reasons for the decision and did not name a successor.

The leadership change comes amid growing calls for better governance, funding, and infrastructure in the country’s sports sector.
