Zoe Diamond Polishing MD Ada Thela told Gabz FM News that more Batswana are being trained as skilled polishers and technicians, but challenges remain, including global market access and meeting international standards.

Thela is calling for stronger policy support and investment to help Botswana become a global player in refined diamonds.
