BOTSWANA STOCK EXCHANGE DAILY MARKET WRAP

Taking a look at the latest market update from the Botswana Stock Exchange.

The Domestic Companies Index remained unchanged at 10,308 points while the Foreign Companies Index gained 2.73 points to close the previous day at 2,834.38 (Two Eight Three Four Point Three Eight) points.

Market activity saw a total turnover of P562,174.88 (Five Hundred and Sixty Two, Thousand, One Hundred and Seventy Four Pula, Eighty Eight Thebe), with a total of 155,346 (One Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand, Three Hundred and Forty Six) shares exchanging hands. The top three traded counters were BTC, CA SALES and SECHABA.

Meanwhile, NewGold gained P1.00 (One Pula), to end the previous day trading at P424 (Four Hundred and Twenty Four Pula) per unit.
