MEDIE STRUGGLES A YEAR AFTER MASAMA MINE CLOSURE

Kgosi Moatlhodi Kgabo of Medie told Gabz FM News the closure has hit local businesses, with some losing customers who depended on the mine for employment.

He said some property owners are also struggling as houses previously rented to mine workers now stand vacant.
