Article By: Diana Motsu The Independent Electoral Commission IEC says, preparations are underway for the Borotsi- Lepokolle council by-elections which will be held this weekend.
IEC Public Relations Officer Osupile Maroba said that IEC staff which will be deployed to undertake the electoral process completed their training yesterday.
Maroba further added that they would allocate all necessary resources to ensure voters choose their favored candidate. The ward council was left vacant when BCP representative Motse-othata Mafoko resigned from the position.
