The Gambling Authority is investigating individuals posing as mentors who charge punters for training sessions, promising guaranteed success in betting.

Chief Operations Officer Mopati Rramekwa told members of the media today  that the Authority is working with law enforcement to identify and arrest those involved in misleading the public.

Acting CEO Moruntshi Kemorwale urged punters to gamble responsibly and recognize early signs of problematic behavior. He also noted that the Motshameko o Phepha campaign has visited 173 of 500 targeted gambling sites, promoting responsible gambling and reducing revenue.
