GOVERNMENT TO LAUNCH CITY TOURISM INITIATIVE

Francistown, Botswana’s second largest city, founded in 1897, is set to position itself as a major tourism destination. Government has announced the launch of the Francistown City Tourism Initiative, with the Vice President  Ndaba Gaolathe scheduled to officially open the program on January 24th.

Ministry of Environment and Tourism says the initiative aims to showcase the city’s rich history, vibrant culture, modern amenities, and natural attractions.
