Article By: Tebogo Mokoto Police in Kgomokasitwa are investigating two serious incidents that occurred in the village. In the first case, three people—a 69-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl, and an 8-year-old child—lost their lives after their home caught fire in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Speaking to Gabz FM News, Police Public Relations Officer Bagali confirmed that a specialized team has been assigned to investigate the deadly fire.
In a separate case, also in Kgomokasitwa, Bagali reported that a police officer was shot and injured by a suspect who has since gone into hiding. The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous. Police are urging the public to come forward with any information that could aid in his capture.
Bagali emphasized that an investigative task force has been deployed to Kgomokasitwa to handle both cases.
