Botswana’s High Commissioner to India, Gilbert Mangole, has urged Batswana to take full advantage of growing investment interest from Indian companies.

Speaking to Gabz FM News at the India-Botswana Business Conclave, Mangole warned that a lack of preparation and negotiation skills is leaving many locals vulnerable to exploitation.

He stressed the importance of retaining local participation in economic deals and called for fair wages and decent jobs as a condition for international partnerships.
