The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has cancelled all voter registration cards issued yesterday.
IEC spokesperson Osupile Maroba told Gabzfm news that IEC officers have been deployed to address the issue.
Those who registered yesterday will need to re-register when the voter registration process begins on November 13th.
An unquantified number of voters registered yesterday, as the message to postpone the process did not reach all IEC agents in time
