The lead investigator in the Kgomokasitwa triple murder case, Detective Alakani David, has warned that the accused, Botswana Defence Force soldier Moagi Mokomeng, remains a serious threat to key witnesses and the community.

Appearing before Magistrate Atamelang at the Lobatse Magistrate Court this morning, Detective David revealed that Mokomeng has already murdered a key witness, Elizabeth Ramolala, and allegedly shot the police officer who was investigating the defilement case linked to Mokomeng being Sgt. Thabo Dibotelo.
