Article By: Gilbert Manenye

President Duma Boko has appointed an attorney-packed team to lead the Presidential Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the closure of BCL and Tati Nickel Mines. The team will be led by Malcolm Wallis, a former judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal IN South Africa, whose extensive legal experience and international reputation are expected to bring credibility and depth to the inquiry.

Announcing the inquiry team at a media briefing held at the Mass Media Complex yesterday, President Boko highlighted the significance of assembling a legal team with a diverse range of expertise to thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the mine closures.

President Duma Boko further made a strong appeal to members of the public who may have information relevant to the BCL and Tati Nickel Mines inquiry to come forward and assist the commission.
